In Park City, Utah, a wealthy entrepreneur and avid snowboarder is putting his snowboarding-oriented home on the market for $18.9 million.

Rick Alden founded Park City-based Skullcandy, which specializes in manufacturing headphones and speakers designed for snowboarders and extreme sports enthusiasts.
